What the layer does

    Every panel gets a permanent ID and a QR that opens its own record — batch, recipe, source.

    Memory

    An append-only ledger of what happened to the unit and when. Added to, never quietly rewritten.

    Discipline

    Claims are gated on evidence. A performance result appears only once an independent lab confirms it.

  • Append-only

    We add, we don’t quietly edit

    Each state change is a new dated line in the ledger. The history can be read — not rewritten after the fact.

  • Evidence-gated

    No result before the test

    Fire, thermal, acoustic and environmental results read “in progress” until an independent lab completes them.

  • Scoped claims

    Every claim carries its limits

    A passport states exactly what the unit is — deployment, interior, non-structural — and what it does not yet claim.

  • Room-level

    Never personal

    Any future sensing is room-level metadata only. No audio, no video, no individuals — by design.

Panel + wall identity

Wall passports prove the installed system.

A panel passport proves one object. A wall passport proves the installation — panel map, sensor coverage, Atmos IQ status, calibration, limitations, and a fail-closed public/private boundary.
